No. We deliver to your door, but we don’t offer white glove service at this time. If you’re ordering a sofa, we recommend asking a friend for help getting your boxes into your living room.

Warranty & Returns
Our steel frames come with a lifetime warranty and only extends to the original owner. If you run into any issues with your furniture, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our cover sets, seat cushions and back pillows are not covered under warranty and are designed to last 3 years with normal wear and tear.
The Nigeria Consumer Law (“Law”) is relevant with certain statutory conditions and warranties in our consumer contracts, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
If your new Rexfair furniture isn’t what you expected, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from delivery if it’s in as-new condition with the original packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com for any questions regarding your return.

We offer a 14 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund, however, a 20% restocking fee in the form of store credit will be applicable.

Our cushions come compressed and rolled. We recommend unpacking them immediately upon receipt or within 72 hours. If they are compressed for a prolonged period of time, they may never return to their full size, resulting in reduced comfort.

Our furniture is made in the Nigeria with foreign and domestic components. Some of our furniture are also ship from Turkey.
Yes, all of the materials in our furniture are 100% recyclable and have a low impact on the environment.
Our sofas comfortably seat four people and are built to withstand up to 1,800 pounds.
Our legs are completely recyclable and made from solid hardwood sourced from Turkey.
This is subjective, but the general consensus in our office is that our seat cushions are medium firm and our pillows are soft. The seat cushion will soften over time and with normal wear and tear.
